About The Role

This is a temporary, part-time contract role, with potential to extend based on mutual agreement and business needs. You have broad flexibility to design your own schedule.

We are looking for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who has shown a proven ability to source and recruit great candidates with a focus on Software Engineering. 

You will manage all parts of the recruiting cycle from, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating subsequent interview panels, and negotiating offers.

What you will do:

  • Own the hiring process from sourcing to closing
  • Work with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, adapting to changing needs of the business as necessary
  • Proactively source potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Espresa - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction
