JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Tech is looking for a seasoned Contract Recruiter to join our talent team and support high-priority engineering hiring for AdRise, FOX’s cutting-edge advertising technology group within Tubi Media Group. In this role, you’ll act as a dedicated partner to our engineering and product teams, recruiting top-tier technical talent to support the next generation of video ad delivery, programmatic infrastructure, and data platforms. You’ll be a key contributor to our growth, working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly innovative environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across multiple technical domains within AdRise
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates with strong backgrounds in ad tech, backend systems, infrastructure, and data engineering
  • Drive a streamlined and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using Workday and other sourcing tools
  • Collaborate with the People and Tech teams to deliver quality hires and scale recruiting best practices
  • Provide market insights, recommend improvements, and drive recruiting operations with minimal oversigh

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a clear and proven focus on ad tech roles

  • Experience placing engineering talent in areas such as ad serving, dynamic ad insertion, programmatic platforms, measurement, or large-scale distributed systems

  • Proficiency in sourcing and engaging talent across backend, platform, and data engineering domains

  • Strong command of recruiting systems and workflows, particularly Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

  • Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management, and attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Prior experience supporting engineering hiring in the video streaming, CTV, or media platform space

  • Familiarity with concepts such as SSAI, DSPs, audience targeting, or campaign measurement tools

  • Background as a contract recruiter or embedded partner in an RPO or agency setting

  • Experience hiring for distributed or international teams

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $55.00-65.00 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $45.75-54.00 per hour for all other US locations.
