We are looking for a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in sales and cybersecurity to join our dynamic HR team.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our cybersecurity teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will leverage your expertise and in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity industry to identify high-potential candidates who can contribute to our company's growth.


Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruitment process for sales and cybersecurity-focused roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand team needs and design tailored recruitment strategies. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse talent pool, including passive candidates. 
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive cybersecurity market. 
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ technical and sales abilities, and provide insightful recommendations. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies. 
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process. 

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales and/or cybersecurity recruitment. 
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including key roles, technologies, and market trends. 
  • Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally within cybersecurity, is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify top-tier talent in both active and passive pools. 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
