-Demonstrated success leading customer-facing engagements, managing enterprise implementations, and driving technical value for commercial clients.
-Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translate technical solutions into business outcomes, and foster long-term customer relationships.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working independently or within small teams; interest or experience in emerging technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience supporting pre-sales or sales engineering efforts, including solution design, technical demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) delivery for commercial customers.
-Deep understanding of commercial security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), and best practices for securing cloud-native and containerized applications.
-Familiarity with large-scale data solutions, including designing or deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, vector databases, or AI/ML workflows.
-Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points, influence technical decision-making, and position solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
