Atlassian is looking for a Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, focused on our Executive decision-maker audience, to join our marketing team. As a member of our Enterprise Strategy and Planning PMM team, you will implement marketing programs to increase awareness and adoption of our enterprise solutions in the markets Atlassian serves. You will help us expand Atlassian's footprint amongst our enterprise customer base while working closely with other marketing teams, product, and sales to craft go-to-market plans. Specifically, this role will help us solidify our Enterprise Strategy & Planning as the solution of choice through events strategy, enablement plans, analyst relations, and customer stories.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900
Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800
Zone C: $125,000 - $166,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, and sales artifacts
- Lead industry submissions, briefings, and inquiries with analysts
- Drive event strategy for both conferences and executive style events
- Collaborate to build high-quality content for prospects, customer-facing teams, and partners (including pitch decks, product use cases, and customer stories)
- Partner with our Product and Product Marketing teams to develop Atlassian's enterprise solutions and help shape an overarching GTM strategy
Your background:
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in the software space
- Execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
- Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions
- Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals
- Thrive on teamwork and building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, field operations, and more
Additional qualifications:
- Have worked to deliver enterprise solutions before, either in a marketing, pre-sales, or post-sales capacity
- Are familiar with enterprise software development practices
- Have an understanding of high touch sales motions and marketing to executive audiences
