Job Description
About Us
HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we've achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 3500 midsize and multinational companies.
Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe such as GoCardless, Fiverr, and VaynerMedia rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.
Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us build one of the fastest growing programs at the company: Partnerships! You will be responsible for recruiting new HR Advisory partners, growing and managing an existing book of business, and generating revenue for the organization through partner referrals.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
  • 5+ years of Partner management experience at a high growth SaaS company
  • Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a revenue target
  • Direct sales experience preferred
  • Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus!
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building a partner book of business from scratch (not just managing an existing one)
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment

Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
  • Drive aggressive growth for our Americas Partnerships team through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies.
  • Recruit and manage a pipeline of net new partners: from system integrators, HR Consultancies, Advisory partners, and HRIS eval experts, we want to ensure their success the first 90 days and beyond as they become productive revenue-driving partners.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of HR Advisory partner accounts.
  • Work with Tech Partner managers to utilize existing relationships with integration partners to tap into their channel partner networks effectively.
  • Become an expert in presenting the value of our Partner Program, continuously refining recruitment approaches.
  • Identify and prioritize the right partners for our program, focusing on the North America market.
  • Establish and maintain monthly engagement cadences with existing partners to foster continuous pipeline growth and keep HiBob top of mind.
  • Organize and host partner engagement activities, including lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc., to deepen partner relationships and drive mutual success.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for new partners and their clients, facilitating successful partnerships and customer outcomes.
  • Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive forward execution.
  • Serve as a player-coach by providing hands-on support while mentoring junior team members; offering guidance, sharing best practices, and actively contributing to projects to lead by example and foster skill development across the team.

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
Base salaries for this role range from $105,000 - $145,000 per year. Additionally this role has an additional 30% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.
