About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a Project Manager to join the Order Management team and will report to the Director of Order Management. This is a highly cross functional role and critical to evolving and scaling workflows to meet both team, organization and business growth goals. Your work will enable higher levels of operational efficiency, improve customer experience and uphold clinical standards.

You Will:
  • Collaborate with Order Management leadership to identify, align and prioritize key initiatives balancing across company, organization and team needs.

  • Lead end-to-end project initiatives concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality project deliverables, hitting milestones, clear documentation and proactive communication.

  • Engage with cross functional groups, including but not limited to CareOps (CX and Telemed), Pharmacy, Operations and System Product teams, and balance stakeholders, customer, clinical and business needs.

  • Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure and report on effectiveness of delivered projects.

  • Utilize data and workflow analyses to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to Order Management leadership.

You Have:
  • 4 + years of experience in project management or operations, preferable in order management

  • BS/BA degree is required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholders in easily understood formats

  • Highly collaborative with cross functional teams, ability to build strong relationships

  • Self starter attitude and ability to work independently. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing competing and shifting priorities.

  • Experienced in leading process and system improvements

  • Success in analytical and operations role within a rapidly growing company: balancing data-driven quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid decision-making and execution
