Role Summary:

As a Manager of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing database strategies to support marketing operations and campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, sales, sales/ revenue operations and data teams to develop campaign segmentation while maintaining and improving database hygiene.

This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of demand generation tactics including account-based marketing (ABM), account and contact segmentation, database management, data integration, and marketing analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation and Technology: Manage, maintain, and optimize marketing automation tool such as Marketo as a marketing automation system, it’s connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and establish best practices and drive cross-functional adoption
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, web analytics, social media platforms) to create a unified view of marketing performance.
  • Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain marketing databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Data Quality: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices to ensure high-quality data for marketing analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, sales/revenue operations and data teams to align database strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Tool Management: Manage database tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support marketing operations.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in database management, data integration, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and data integration tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus.

Hours/Travel/Shift:

Normal Working Hours, remote working, travel as and when required..
