Title:
Marketing InternKBR’s Mission Technology Solutions team is seeking a marketing intern. The position is for the summer 2025 intern session and the position will be remote, but also offers the ability to go into a nearby office (candidates will need to be located within U.S.). The work schedule will be from Tuesdays through Thursdays for a total of 3 days per week.
KBR’s intern program aims to provide broad exposure to its Mission Technology business through weekly rotations with communications and marketing professionals across all business units. The intern will also collaborate on special projects with the marketing intern.
Responsibilities Include:
· Support creative and communications teams on planning and executing marketing deliverables including digital brochures, social media, videos and advertisements
· Offer creative ideas for marketing pieces and strategy, in line with business objectives and brand guidelines
· Support video production and editing
· Create graphics for internal and external marketing deliverables
· Digital archiving, metadata and cataloging photo and video assets
· Organize microsite projects folders and files
· Support external advertising production
· Writing and editing for various marketing pieces
· Able to handle multiple projects at a time and collaborate with the creative team to meet company standards and deadlines
Qualifications:
· Applicants must have a working knowledge and a general understanding of marketing, marketing tools, production pipeline, industry standard techniques, technologies
· Successful applicants will be responsible for creative services including pre-production design, production/animation, post-production video editing and motion graphics support
· Support content writing for various marketing materials
· Proficiency in Adobe CC
· Communications, marketing or related experience or relevant course work
