Business Analyst - Cloud Telephony - CCaaS
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid role - 2 days in office - highly desired)

Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for working with Agile/Scrum teams and the business? In this role, you will translate technical requirements into functional requirements and be the liaison between the business and technical teams for the deployment of a NICE CXone, Geneys Cloud, or Amazon Connect implementation. You will ensure that requirements and design are described clearly and don't leave room for ambiguity. As a Business Analyst at Navixus, you will work closely with the Client Scrum Master, participate in daily standup meetings, or fill-in as needed. You will work closely with Product owners from one or more Scrum teams to help with decisioning, development priorities and configurations of the business needs, as well as assist in testing and validation to ensure products are delivered to requirements. You will work closely with the technical team members as well and advocate for stakeholders all the while building trust with the Client.

- 5 or more years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Knowledge/exposure of CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
- NICE CXone experience, Amazon Connect and/or Genesys Cloud experience
- Experience working with Product owners
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in performing testing/ validations of IVR call flows, and system configurations
- Contact Center cloud telephony design and/or implementation experience
- Amazon Connect experience is a plus
