Position Summary

The Associate Director of GTM Enablement will lead the design and execution of Serent Capital’s go-to-market infrastructure, with a focus on scaling marketing and sales systems through automation, analytics, and AI enablement. This role is accountable for optimizing the performance and output of the firm’s pipeline for investment opportunities — including market research, marketing campaigns, content creation, outbound prospecting, and executive outreach — by building the connective tissue between data, tools, and teams. This individual will work across multiple functions: Investment, Business Development, and Growth teams.

The ideal candidate blends deep technical know-how with a strong operator mindset. This is an execution-heavy role with measurable outcomes tied to campaign speed, lead quality, personalization, and internal productivity via AI adoption and automation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimize the firm’s full go-to-market tech stack, including Pardot, Salesforce, PowerBI, and other systems powering marketing and business development operations

• Build and maintain scalable automation workflows for investment research, market trends analyses, email/marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and multi-touch outbound efforts

• Develop and manage lead scoring, routing logic, and data enrichment processes to support sales enablement and improve lead-to-meeting conversion rates

• Implement and train the team on AI-powered tools for prospecting, investment/market research, copywriting, follow-ups, and personalization at scale

• Support execution of targeted account campaigns, ensuring systems are in place for segmentation, outreach orchestration, and attribution

• Assist in vendor evaluations and third-party integrations with marketing/sales tools as needed

• Drive ongoing adoption of systems and processes through training, documentation, and team enablement

• Stay current with GTM trends, AI technologies, and operational best practices to ensure Serent remains a high-performing, modern PE platform

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience within B2B SaaS, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Management Consulting environments. The Associate Director of GTM Enablement will have a proven track record implementing GTM systems, automating workflows, and integrating AI/ML to enhance performance and reduce manual effort. The successful candidate will be an intellectually curious, open-minded operator with a passion for execution and technical depth. They will thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where speed, experimentation, and measurable impact are valued.

Extensive experience with at least one the following platforms is required:

• General LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Anthropic, etc.)

Experience with the following platforms is preferred:

• Salesforce

• Salesloft

• Pardot

• Leadfeeder

Education

Bachelors degree required; preferred fields include Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or Data Analytics.

Compensation

 Base salary between $100,000 - $120,000 (USD). Placement within this range and bonus potential will vary based on experience and skill level.
